Natural Beauty Slimming

So I'm just like a lot of regular women... I want to loose weight! I have 2 kiddies, but I can't blame them.. Ive been over-weight since.. Well a very long time... When I was 13 I had an asthma attack and was put on steroids and gained 3 stone in 3 months! Being a very slim kid.. It didn't matter too much then because I wasn't fat, I was average, and then I hit puberty and I guess thats where it really started, by the time I was 17 and starting work I was a size 14.. Oh how I hated it (looking back though, I'd love to be that size again!) I fell pregnant when I was 19, had my daughter aged 20 and through the whole pregnancy didn't gain any weight! I didn't eat.. rather I couldn't... I lived off 7up and being forced special fried rice when my daughters dad bought it home for me. When she was born I tried breastfeeding.. which went well at first.. until she was 3 weeks old.. and the midwife told me I had to stop... my milk was almost water from where I wasn't eating and my daughter wasn't gaining weight because of this! After that I got depressed! Me and my daughters dad called it a day and thats when the problem rocketed! I went from a 14-16 to an 18-20! I felt so guilty about not being able to breastfeed.. for not giving her a stable home.. everything really! when she was around 9 months something clicked and I started loosing the weight... I lost 2.5st in 4 months and was back at a size 14. She got christened at 13 months and I actually wore a dress... But I'd also found out I was pregnant again! This time round all I wanted was greasy food... I was soon up to an 18 again, but I told myself I would loose it after! Once I had my son, I dropped 3st within the first 5 months, but I was in a new relationship and familiarity slipped in an I got comfortable! and I gained that 3 stone back! For a long time I did nothing about it... to me it seemed a waste of time... I'd loose it.. I'd gain it! But then I noticed one of my friends on facebook... She was looking amazing! That was the first bit of inspiration I got... She told me about this company that she had just become a rep for and since then I've not looked back!! Ive lost 2 stone so far and am determined as ever! There called Natural Beauty Slimming and there amazing! Ive tried a few of there supplements and they literally work wonders.. They make you feel full of energy, less fatigued, more alert, stop you getting hungry and stop cravings! I'm determined to loose all this weight and with the help of NBS I will :) - Keep an eye out for reviews on certain products coming soon :) x

A cure to dry skin? I think I've found it! *Review: Avon Hydra Beyond*

So since I can remember I've always had dry skin... Mainly on my face *sigh*, I have 2 main patches... one on my forehead :( and one on my right cheek next to my nose... And for those that know me.. I rarely wear makeup because of this... Because it turns into a crusty flaky mess!! That, to be honest, no girl wants to have to deal with! I've recently started renewing my makeup collection, And have been buying from my avon rep (I'll post a link to her blog) She is fantastic! And I mean that! She's not your average pushy rep.. She would rather give you genuine advice, and thats exactly what she gave me! So I explained about my horrible dry skin (baring in mind Ive tried a lot of moisturisers.. the best being Good Things moisturiser.. gosh I love the stuff.. but even that after a fair few hours my patches start to appear) and she recommended this:

Avon Hydra beyond: Hydrating Lotion Spf15 & Extra Hydrating Cream

I picked these up off her once the order had arrived around 2 weeks ago, I'll admit I was skeptical! very!! But the 2 for just £7.50 (on offer) I could forgive if they didn't work, I mean I've spent a lot more than this and not seen a difference, so I wasn't expecting much. Oh how wrong I was! 2 weeks.. 2 weeks!! And the patches are gone!!!! I really don't know if you are understanding how much I hated these dry nasty patches on my face - which I was sure was the start of psoriasis (I'm almost certain as I've also got a patch on my head, elbow and leg *boohoo* I'm only 24 :( lol!) Anyway, so I use the lotion first thing in the morning and the cream at night and have done religiously for the past 2 weeks.. My skin feels lush! Like you can tell its moisturised and not dry, it doesn't look greasy either which I've encountered with some moisturisers for dry skin. This is so good that I'm even going to say this is my best buy of 2015!! Seriously guys, this stuff is amazeballs!

Whats your addiction? Mine is Makeup Brushes!!

So since I've worn makeup my favourite way to apply has been with a brush! And over the years Ive collected quite a few :) Im really fussy when it comes to brushes... They have to feel comfortable in my hand... they have to feel super soft and they have to be able to hold the right amount of product! Prices can range.. the cheapest Ive ever bought one was £1!! and it was pretty damn good (elf basics range eye shadow brush) and the most expensive was a Mac foundation brush.. I think I paid around 25 ishhh?? which my darling little daughter decided to break.. But seeing as my Avon foundation brush did pretty much the same job for 6 quid I never did feel the need to replace it lol. I recently sorted through my makeup collection - including brushes! And ended up throwing out 3/4 of a black bag full... Did I mention I shop wayyyy to much! eeekkkk and I have a strict 2 year rule... If it hasnt been used up within 2 years it goes in the bin... I must admit.. I had been delaying a bit because some of the items I just cannot get no more and I hate that! Anyway back to it... After sorting through my brushes and chucking most of them out Im left with these beauties... And in serious need of stocking up on some new ones :) So what are your favourite brushes? Do you stick to a particular brand?

Some of my absolute faves are as follows:
- Elf blush brush... I use this for pretty much everything as its good with liquid foundation as well as blusher :)
- Avon retractable lip brush... This gives me precision and its super soft and super cute! and small enough to pop in my handbag which is always handy!
- Nanshy foundation brush... I really like this brush, Its quite firm while still being soft and it gives a flawless look.
Elf basics eyeshadow brush... This brush also known as the 'c' brush is the perfect shape to get the eyeshadow just in the right places on the lid.. it really is one of my best purchases :)

Now this isnt a brush at all but is my latest favourite item! And that is Avons beauty blender! I purchased it while it was half price so £3.25 I think and have to say its worth so much more!.. Its amazing! Best coverage I have ever had, I use it wet.. and you would think that it would absorb lots of foundation but it really doesn't! Just leaves your face looking flawless :)

My worst ever brush purchase was Sigma brushes.. I seriously hate them... Particularly the pencil E30 brush.... Roughest brush I've ever found in my life!!

My mum has recommended the Real Techniques brushes so I will be trying those very shortly!!

More reviews to follow!! :)
